Service Description

May 11th, 7pm - 9pm. In this class we are going to express our emotions in a healthy and therapeutic way! We will begin by exploring how different techniques such as colour choice, mark making, and textures can convey different feelings. Next, we will identify an emotion we are feeling in that moment by doing a very short body scan meditation. Finally, we will create a piece using the emotion we feel as inspiration. This class isn't about making a masterpiece, but about exploring how we feel, and how we can create something positive from that feeling. This habit can help you to identify and regulate your feelings, while having fun and experimenting with new techniques! This class is for any level, and materials will be provided.
