Gratitude Journal +Mini Guide

  • This past year has been incredibly difficult for all of us. However, despite the fact we’ve not been able to see our loved ones, and we’ve maybe not been able to enjoy the same things we normally would, we still have a lot to be thankful for! 

    Created by local designer Simona Hodoňova, these gratitude journals not only give you a space to reflect and be thankful for all that you already have, it also comes with a mini guide to help get you started. 

    In her words: 

    “In today's busy world it's important to take care of the physical health but also reflect on what's happening in our minds, our emotions, decision making, habits, equally affecting our health. 

    Body, mind and soul are all combined within us and deserve to be taken care of, equally. The gratitude journal is one of the things that can improve the way we perceive our life, notice the smallest things, as well as understanding challenges and hard times as a gift in disguise, a needed lesson rather than a burden. All that you need is perseverance, a pen that works and a 5 minutes a day to scribble down what you are grateful for today. 

    Hope you have fun writing down all the magnificent moments, no matter how ordinary they may seem and see, with your own eyes, that your life is filled with blessings.”
